Accommodations
Shearer Cottage consists of six studios each with a private bath and kitchenette, a cozy common living room, wrap-around porches and large yards. We have fans in each unit, but do not have air conditioning. Units can accommodate two to four guests. Rates range from $130 to $235 per night, based on unit size, occupancy and season. Weekly rates are also available. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that smoking be confined to porches and yards. Ample free parking is available. Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Please call with approximate time of arrival. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a studio and may be paid by check, VISA or MasterCard. Deposits will be refunded, if cancellation notice is provided two or more weeks before scheduled arrival date. If less than two week's notice is given, deposits will be forfeited. Deposits made on credit cards are subject to a 5% service charge, when refunded. We cannot accommodate pets. Complimentary wireless internet access is available.
